You may be offering excellent services or products, but your customer care is one of the determining factors for the types of reviews that you will receive from your clients. Professionalism and a humble attitude towards your clients can make a big difference in improving your company’s reputation in the industry. If you want to get positive feedbacks from your clients, then try to give time to each review that you receive. It is important to revert on all the reviews, be it negative or positive. 
Moreover, responding to reviews will demonstrate that you are interested in dealing with your clients’ problems. Not just this, but you have to pay attention to the problems that your clients may be facing. Replying to all the reviews will also make your clients comfortable, which will increase the inflow of positive reviews for your company.
